On the 18th of July 2018 Embarcadero released their first Community Edition of Delphi and C++Builder free of charge!
The license is valid for 367 days and is rather much equal to their Pro versions. It supports click-through, Method Toxicity, QA Audits, Dark UI, Syntax check, redacted source code, all the debug utilities and more!

The installer has the following installable compilers:
